The two main contenders

Sally

Introducing the posh bird from Surrey, Sally weighs in at strawberry blonde, happy go lucky and probably the most laid back girl you could come across. She’s a nurse working at Leeds General and is the most caring, loyal little good egg you can meet. If you need to forget anything see Sally cause she can help.

Natalie

Introducing the common, Midlander who is marrying up. When she’s not leaving Sally a long list of jobs to do on her ‘days off’ (aka when she’s on nights), she’ll tell you she works for a big dog medical engineering company who designs hip and knees, but in reality she just drinks a lot of tea and is the office gossiper.  Jokes aside, Natalie is a sensitive, funny and kind-hearted soul.  She’s as generous as they come and hand in hand, Sally and Natalie make an unstoppable partnership.

SUPPORT ACTS

Emma

Introducing the Maid of Honour and Sally’s best friend of 13 years.  It was destined to be a friendship for life when Sally accidently stepped on Emma’s skirt on a year 8 school trip ripping it in half and leaving Emma standing in nothing but pants.  You’ll hear her before you see her and she’s the life and soul of every party.  Catch Emma by the bar, on the dance floor or in your face!

Bailey

Introducing Natalie’s Maid of Honour and best friend, Danielle Robyn Bailey-Farragher.  She’s as much of a mouth full as her name and will be sure to keep everyone in check on the big day using her teacher voice.  Natalie and Bailey met on the first day of university and although Nat’s thought she was a bit of a posh southerner, they struck up a pretty special friendship.  Don’t let this one pour your alcohol unless your normal tipple is vodka with a shot of coke!

Karin

Sally’s first and forever friend; her big sister and soul mate.  Karin may have tried to suffocate Sally with a pillow when she was only a few weeks old but when she realised she was here for the long haul the two became inseparable.  Sally really wouldn’t be anywhere if it wasn’t for her big sister, from always having her back to reminding her of every family birthday… ever!  You won’t miss Karin at the wedding, she’ll be the one busting out a whole Beyoncé routine on the dance floor.

Adam

Introducing Natalie’s Best Man and twin (yeah we wouldn’t have guessed so either).  We’ll let you decide who got the brains and who got the beauty in this Twinship.  A force to be reckoned with since 1990, noted when they were nearly removed from their year three confession in church for messing about.  Having recently gained his Canadian citizenship he now bleeds maple syrup.  Stick near Adam if you want to be featured on his o so edgy Instagram @embracecreations

Mollie

The first of the three sisters Sally was lucky enough to gain when she was 8 years old.  Mollie will tell you that Sally picked on her when she first moved in and wasn’t too thrilled to no longer be the youngest child in the house… but young girls grow up and sisters grow ever closer and Sally wouldn’t be without Mol now.

Emily

The second of the three look-a-like bridesmaids, she’s tall, gorgeous and has the biggest heart.  Find her with a drink in hand, having the occasional tactical chunder (least it wont be whilst driving on the motorway this time!) and leading the cha-cha slide on the dance floor!

Lucy

The baby of the family, but by far the sassiest. Lucy decided ‘The North’ was the place to be and currently studies at Manchester Uni, just to be close to her favourite sister. No doubt she’ll turn up in a trench coat and bucket hat singing Wonderwall. This girl has the voice of an angel, we asked her to sing at the wedding but there’s far too much glass around!

Anna

Part of Sally’s girl gang since 2006, this blonde bombshell aka. Ginger in denial is one of the best. A laugh that will fill any room, in our case tipi, and most likely the first one on the dance floor. 2020 was Anna’s best year yet, bringing her a lockdown-lover, now FEYonce. Bonnie and Clyde will be tearing up the dance floor together into the night.

Lily

Sally and Lily first became friends when they were both put in the bottom sets when arriving at high school where they forever caused mayhem and were every teacher’s worst nightmare duo.  Together they started from the bottom… (now they’re here). Lily is now a culinary genius who’ll no doubt be critiquing the days catering.

George

Natalie’s charming godson is chief security at this bash. Heart of gold and a cheeky grin to go with it, his day job will be getting the rings safely down the aisle, his night job will probably be trying to rugby tackle Natalie in her dress!

Florence

This little bundle of joy will almost certainly steal the show and your heart.  A surprise addition to the family in 2018 but my God she’s by far the best of the bunch.  Looks of her father and the sass of her mother this little flower girl is going to go far and hopefully all the way down the aisle (someone bribe her with chocolate!).

The Parents

So evidently nothing lasts forever and between us we have 8 parents.  We thought you’d like to know which parents come as a pair and whom they belong to…

Jackie

Welcoming Natalie’s mother, a tyrant at her job and on the dance floor, this lady will be the first and last person on the dance floor and by God you should be ready to keep up!

Steve

Welcoming Natalie’s stepdad, full kit wanker and sports mad fan there is no doubt he’ll be wearing something blue! #skybluearmy. If you fancy a bimble (drunken aimless wander) during the evening’s activities this is your man.

Chris

Welcoming Natalie’s dad, you’ll find him at the cheese board, the wine board or the beer board! Always up for a bit of dad dancing and his structural engineering head will keep that tepee upright for the night!

Gayle

Welcoming Natalie’s stepmum, this lady will be enjoying her natural habitat of the outdoors with a G&T in hand, busting her moves to the golden 80s tunes, and keeping Nat’s dad in check.

Lena

Welcoming Sally’s mother (yes we know we look alike).  She is the matriarch of the Jordan family and all round super-woman.  Catch her with a gin and tonic in hand; she’ll be hoping to relive her Glastonbury experience in her own back garden.

Keith

Welcoming Sally’s step-dad, no wonder he’s got no hair when he’s surrounded by six women and two bitches (the dogs, not Karin and Sally).  Least it won’t take him long to get ready on the day.  Catch this one cracking the wit and be warned… he’s the king of mocking, so don’t do anything stupid… Just ask the MoH Emma!

Richard

Welcoming Sally’s Dad, this ex-police officer will be keeping everyone in check, especially his two daughters.  Scream if you want to go faster, this guy will be busting wheelies around the dance floor!

Anthea

Welcoming Sally’s step-mum, this lady is a fountain of knowledge and Sally’s tutor back in the day.  By far the strongest and wisest woman in Sally’s life, find her enjoying one of her favorite hobbies of people watching on the big day.
